SMEI Conducts Big Data Application in Marketing Masterclass for Saigon Co-op
NEW YORK, NY., Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI), the worldwide professional association created for sales and marketing professionals, conducted an intensive 2-day Masterclass for the management team of Saigon Co-op in Ho Chi Minh City, Việt Nam. The program was presented in co-operation with SMEI’s exclusive licensee, SMEI Vietnam.
The Masterclass brought new ideas and real-world cases to help the Saigon Co-op management team develop practical knowledge of how Big Data can be applied to improve customer loyalty and shorten the buyer journey. The Masterclass was taught by American Professor Marianne Collins, CME, a leading authority in consumer and buyer behavior.
